The machine is fully automatic. The machine has an automatic wire tensioning system and all movements of the main motor is driven by control panel easily. The machines main motor turn 180 degree and can cut any desired level. It is possible to make bigger cut. Wire tensioning is controlled by means of smart inverter. The machine stops backward movement automatically when tension reaches the maximum level. Therefore prevents stell rope breakge under normal conditions. The Machine also stops backward movement at the end of the rail and so machine do not fall out of rails. Rail of the machine has legs and because of these legs rails prevented from dust, mud and water during cutting. It can be transport completely together with rail and has easy mounting. It can also make horizontal cut and can be used for bench cut. Depends on the automatic tensioning system the machine has very fast cutting speed. Can cut minumum 20 sqm/hr in beige 27 sqm/hr in travertine, 30 sgm/hr in crystalline white quarry and depends on the diamond wire these speeds can reach %15-20 more.
